Martina brings over 20 years of multi-industry experience in enterprise transformation, having held senior leadership roles within high-profile organisations including ALDI, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and Super Retail Group. Her career spans enterprise‑wide business transformation, operational efficiency uplift, the establishment and leadership of high‑performing PMOs, and the delivery of business‑critical portfolios and programs in environments defined by ambiguity, scale, and rapid change. She combines operational discipline with a pragmatic yet people-centered approach, ensuring that change not only lands effectively but lasts.

He has led multiple end‑to‑end enterprise‑scale implementations — from presales and architecture through to delivery and ongoing management — and is known for navigating complex technical environments to deliver secure, compliant, and high‑impact outcomes. His experience spans senior roles in global firms as well as boutique and startup consultancies.
